Masimba holds a Bsc (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineegring (University of Zimbabwe) and Certificate of Proficiency in Risk and Loss Management (National University of Science and Technology). MZ launched the LMCI Mozambique branch in 2015, founded LARIM Mozambique in 2016 and launched Grimco in 2018. MZ has previously worked as a Risk Engineer for Zimnat Lion Insurance and Altfin Insurance companies in Zimbabwe repectively. Masimba has carried out loss adjusting work for more than 15 years.

Douglas holds a Diploma in Education (Merit) with the Universityof Zimbabwe (UZ) and an Associateship in short term insurance obtained from the Institute of Insurance Zimbabwe (IIZ). Being based in Zimbabwe, DK has been experienced in handling various types of claims with strength in Fire, Machinery Breakdown, Stock Deterioration, Fidelity Guarantee and Business Interruption claims.

He holds various qualifications in Banking and Finance. During his stay at Grimco Mozambique, as a Tete Province Branch Manager, TC has acquired extensive experience in handling various type of claims which include Plant All Risks, Goods In Transit, Fire Claims and Fidelity Guarantee Claims amongst others. TC is currently the founding Managing Consultant for Grimco Malawi..

Takudzwa brings a wealth of knowledge to our team, with a BSc and MSc in Agricultural Economics, focusing on International Trade and Policy. He also has qualifications in Short Term Insurance and is working towards an Associate degree in the field. His leadership was instrumental in launching Grimco’s Eswatini branch in 2024. Previously, he excelled as a Reinsurance Account Broker at Gateway Reinsurance Brokers, demonstrating expertise in treaty and facultative reinsurance. Takudzwa is well-equipped to drive our organization to new heights of success and innovation.
